REFUND POLICY

In order to avoid the hassle of returns please refer to our size guides provided on our product pages or descriptions. If you require further assistance on sizing please contact our customer service team, customerservice@uptownattire.co.uk and we'll be more than happy to help.

Standard Returns policy 

As per the UK consumer rights regulations If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit note (excluding original delivery charge).

At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs, therefore the cost will be on the customer.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach us and are signed for. Items must be returned with Royal Mail tracked service.

Ensure you include your invoice in the returns parcel so we can identify who's order it belongs to.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving and accepting the item(s) at our premises. Exchanges and credit notes are processed on a same working day basis. We have no control over how long it takes for your payment provider to process your returned funds; please contact the relevant third party provider if required.

Swimwear fall's under the non-returnable category, due to hygiene reasons. So a return is not eligible for these items. We can provide detailed and accurate measurements on request, enabling you to find a size and fit which is best suited for you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed. The Black security tag must also not be removed. We will not accept returns if tags have been removed and re-added to the product. All items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch.  

Please note; we carry out thorough inspections on returned items and will know if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, tags removed etc. We reserve the right to reject a return should the item(s) arrive back in a different condition to what we sent.
